Pricing June 2025 – June 2026
The PCA committee reviews hall hire charges annually, and the adjusted fees become applicable for all hires from 1st June 2025.
HALL HIRE CHARGES
WEEKDAY RATE £27 per hour Monday to Saturday
SUNDAY RATE >4hrs £35 per hour
MEETING ROOM HIRE CHARGES
WEEKDAY RATE £13.50 per hour Monday to Saturday
SUNDAY RATE >4hrs £17.50 per hour
The Sunday rate will be applied to any Sunday booking longer than four hours otherwise the weekday rate will apply
A deposit of £50 on top of the fee will be required to secure a booking, this deposit also covers any damage caused during your hire. If there is no damage caused, then your deposit will be returned to you after your hire.
Any hire requiring the presence of animals in the hall or Parties will incur an additional cleaning charge of £30.
If the hall and meeting room are both hired for the same event, the meeting room charge will be discounted by 50%.
REGULAR USER DISCOUNTS
There are discounts available for groups and organisations that are regular users of the Center. A description of these discounts are available upon request to pcahallbooking@outlook.com
